In this episode of the Nothing Doubting podcast, I share my personal account of the moment when Jesus rescued me from the brink of total loss of faith. I talk about the challenges I faced when my religious expectations clashed with reality, leading to a profound crisis of belief. Family tragedies, marital struggles, and religious disillusionment pushed my faith to the breaking point, and I decided to leave the church. But a pivotal experience during the Thanksgiving holiday in 2018 changed everything. While reading the Book of Mormon for the last time (just to say I had done it), I felt a divine presence and heard the distinct voice of Jesus, telling me that He could take my doubts away. While this was no means a resolution to my challenges, this equally remarkable and surprising moment marked a turning point in my spiritual journey. From there, we set the stage for further exploration into the limitless potential of faith and how Jesus meets us where we are, even when we are at our worst.
